Mix beyond vanilla HELIX in coconut water for a refreshing, satisfying treat! (Umbrella straw required.)
Chocolate Cherry Almond Smoothie
· ½ cup frozen cherries
· 1 T almond butter
· 1 cup almond milk
· 1 serving chocolate HELIX
· Scoop of ice
· Honey or Agave optional
Mango Kiwi Smoothie
· ¼ cup frozen or fresh mango
· ¼ cup frozen or fresh kiwi
· 1 cup coconut water
· 1 scoop vanilla HELIX
· Scoop of ice
· Honey or Agave optional
· (umbrella straw optional)
Peanut Butter HELIX Snacks
18 oz Peanut butter (1 jar)
1 ½ cups Rolled oats
½ cup – ¾ cup Honey
3-5 scoops vanilla HELIX
Mix all ingredients together in a bowl until a workable ‘dough’ has formed. Roll into bite size balls and store in the fridge until hardened. Enjoy for light meals, snacks, or peanut butter cravings!
Hearty Oatmeal Protein Bread
Ingredients:
•15 oz applesauce
•1 1/4 cups whole wheat pastry flour
•1/2 cup quick cooking oatmeal
•1/2 cup dark brown sugar
•1 teaspoon baking powder
•1/2 teaspoon baking soda
•½ cup vanilla HELIX
•1/2 teaspoon unrefined sea salt
•1/4 cup ground flax seed
•1 large egg
•3 Tablespoon oil
•1/2 cup golden raisins
•1/2 cup chopped pecans
Directions:
1.Preheat oven to 325 degrees.
2.Combine the flour, oatmeal, brown sugar, baking powder, baking soda, HELIX, and sea salt in a large bowl, combine thoroughly, removing all lumps from the brown sugar.
3.In a separate bowl, mix the egg, applesauce, and oil. Add this mixture to the dry ingredients, stir to combine. Set aside.
4.Add the flax seed, raisins and pecans to the batter. Mix just until blended.
5.Place in 2 lightly sprayed 3 1/2 by 7″ pans for about 30 minutes, or until a wooden toothpick inserted in the middle of the loaf comes out clean.
6.Remove the bread from the oven and cool on a rack for 15 minutes. Remove bread from the pan, cool on wire rack too cool thoroughly. Wrap and store overnight before slicing
Perfect for an on-the-go breakfast or afternoon snack!
Chocolate Chia Pudding (Extra spectacular for digestive health!)
· 1 scoop absolute chocolate HELIX
· ½ cup chia seeds
· 8 oz vanilla almond milk
· 1 tsp agave nectar (optional)
Mix together, pour into bowls, and allow the chia to set into a pudding in the fridge, about 5 minutes. Enjoy!
Pumpkin Smoothie

1/4 cup pumpkin puree

1 cup milk, soymilk, or almond milk

1 scoop beyond vanilla HELIX

1/2 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice (or 1/4 t. cinnamon, 1/8 t. cloves, 1/8 t. ginger)

1 T honey or agave nectar
-
1/4 cup vanilla yogurt
-
1 cup ice cubes
Blend all ingredients until smooth!
No Bake Breakfast Cookie
· 1/3 cup oats
· 1 T nut butter (your choice)
· 1 scoop absolute chocolate HELIX
· 1/8 cup vanilla almond or soymilk
· ½ mashed ripe banana
Mix all ingredients together. Flatten like a cookie and refrigerate overnight… and wake up to one delicious morning!
The Perfect Protein Pancake
· 1.5 scoops beyond vanilla HELIX
· 1 egg white
· 1/4 C almond milk
· 2 T whole-grain flour of choice
· 3/4 t baking powder
· 1/2 t cinnamon
· pinch nutmeg
· pinch sea salt
· 1/2 t vanilla
· Stevia (optional) to taste
Heat a skillet to medium heat.
While the pan is heating up, in a small bowl, combine HELIX, baking mix, baking powder, cinnamon, nutmeg, Stevia, sea salt and whisk to remove any lumps.
Whisk in the egg white, almond milk and vanilla. Cook the pancake(s) for 2-3 minutes on each side, until golden brown.
Oatmeal Shake
· 1 scoop choc helix
· 1 tablespoon peanut butter
· 8oz skim milk
· 1/4 granola/oats
Blend and enjoy!
Chocolate Chip Protein Balls
· 1 scoop beyond vanilla HELIX
· 2 T of almond butter
· 2 T shredded unsweetened coconut
· 1 T pure maple syrup
· 1 T honey
· Pinch of cinnamon and sea salt
1. In a small food processor, add the protein, almond butter, coconut and pulse until the ingredients are well incorporated.
2. Add the cinnamon, sea salt, Stevia and sweetener (maple syrup or whatever you decide to use) and pulse again- the mixture will start to clump together. Roll into balls and keep refrigerated.
