<isc:description>After my amazing results with Helix I decided someone else was most likely having the same issues as I was so I've decided to share my story. I know, I know I am a woman writing about a protein shake who isn't involved in the body building industry whatsoever. Although, this is not just a protein shake. For as long as I can remember I have always had stomach issues. In fact, my nickname growing up from my own father was stinkbug. There is no other way to describe how I earned that name. If I went an entire day with no stomach cramps or gas, it was most likely because I didn't have anything to eat that day. At about 24 years old, I started keeping my own food journal, trying to see any patterns between certain foods and peaks in cramps and/or gas that day. After about six months, I was unsuccessful in finding a common denominator. When my boyfriend mentioned (very nicely) that my issues were not normal and suggested that I get checked out by a professional, I agreed. I made an appointment with a gastroenterologist and was tested for Celiacs and Crohns disease. Thank goodness, the results came back negative for both. The doctor suggested that I come back in and we try doing a colonoscopy. My immediate reaction- you want to do WHAT?! So I decided to do some of my own research before sticking something up my rear. It was then that my boyfriend introduced me to Helix. He said it had colostrum and probiotics in it that aid in healing the intestines and colon. I don't know if you've done your research on probiotics or not but these things are amazing. I became a fanatic over reading about the benefits of probiotics. Hey, even Jamie Lee Curtis agrees with her endorsing Activia! The world is starting to realize that the overly processed food we've been eating is catching up with us and screwing up more than just our weight. After only one week of having a Helix shake every day, my symptoms were dramatically decreasing. On day six, I went an entire day of not having ANY stomach pains or gas. ANY! I cant even begin to tell you how amazing I was starting to feel. I was also noticing my gut starting to diminish. After putting on my own doctors hat and doing my own research about yeast infections in your stomach, I'm convinced that I had a yeast imbalance and the Helix was straightening it out. Thus, lowering the bloating and gas in my intestines and flattening out my gut. It has now been almost 10 straight months of daily shakes and Ive never felt better in my entire life. I'm 28 years old and I know that you shouldn't live in the past, but had I known about this miraculous product 10+ years ago (even though it hadn't been born yet) I cant imagine the money I would have saved on Tums and other like products as well as time spent in the bathroom! If you suffer from something similar, I'm recommending you try Helix for at least two weeks. What do you have to lose? Okay, maybe the money you spent on the bottle if you're unsatisfied, but trust me, its not going to happen.Next up recipes for these yummy shakes. :)Helix is sold by Novus Life Solutions...You can change your life for good at http://www.novuslifesolutions.com/.</isc:description>

Find out what coherence is and how to experience!

<isc:description>(Learn more about Dr Robert Foster and his role with Novus Life Solutions here!) What is Coherence? Coherence is defined as a systematic or logical connection or consistency, integration of elements, balance, harmony, and orchestration. Living things (including humans) give off light, as Coherent Radiation, just like a laser. These bio-photons as they are called are emitted from a coherent field that is made up of your DNA...Read More Here ~~~~~~~~~~~~ The only one that can help you, is you. Others can give you clues, light, energy, and support but the answers you seek along your journey are within you. You are what you've been waiting for. - Dr. Bob Foster ~~~~~~~~~~~~The universe always strives to increase Coherence, in every aspect and every interaction. All living things use their consciousness to do the same thing. This situation is also obtained in Humans. Every Human should spend a significant amount of time each day trying to increase their own Coherence. All other things will follow. - Dr. Bob Foster ~~~~~~~~~~~~ Many people talk endlessly about “Freedom” these days. Most of this rhetoric is based on old ideas, ideas that we seem to think are immutable. What if these notions of Freedom are based on concepts that make you think you are free, but are in fact easily flipped to turn you into a slave? Why not change yourself into a more Coherent person first? In this way, you can be an individual of the highest possible energy/information content, yet still allow room for others to do the same. No one can Tread on You. No slogans are necessary, nor is violence. Real communication without excessive noise is facile. Healing is as natural as breathing. Try it; Coherence is all you need.- Dr. Bob Foster ~~~~~~~~~~~~</isc:description>

<isc:description>Protein concentrates. Protein concentrates are created by pushing the protein source (milk, whey, etc.) through a very small filter that allows water, minerals, and other organic materials to pass though. The proteins, which are too big to pass through the filter, are collected, resulting in protein powder. When this process is used to make whey protein concentrate, it yields a protein powder that is 70-80% protein and up to 5% lactose. People with lactose intolerance will have trouble consuming large amounts of whey protein concentrate.Protein isolates. This is the next step up in purification; the protein is purified again using more filtration or a technique called ion-exchange or cross-flow microfiltration. Protein isolates have very low levels of carbohydrates and fat and are almost exclusively pure protein. People with lactose intolerance usually don’t have trouble with whey protein isolates. Many companies that make whey protein isolates will certify that their product is lactose free or they add lactase (the enzyme that breaks down lactose) to the protein powder to help with digestion.</isc:description>

Novus Life Solutions: Mind, Body and Spirit, by Dr. Robert Foster.

<isc:description>Mind:The Mind Domain is conventionally designated as the seat of human intelligence and is distinct from the brain. To be precise, it is the intermediary between the spirit and the body. Mind helps focus the infinite energy from the source with words and thoughts that are executable in the 4-Dimensional world. It is an organizer of energy/information from the chakra/acupuncture system, driving and connecting those processes that coordinate the action of all cells toward wellness and homeostasis. Mind is the human keeper of the concept of total body coherence and the initiator of the call to action towards the normal state of health. But this awesome capability is accompanied by the responsibility of free will. Free will allows us the ability to decide how and when we use al...l the energies and information. We are the keepers of our own infinite energy supply, aka destiny.Body:The body is that beautiful 4-Dimensional representation of the spirit acting through the Mind Domain. It is that amazingly coherent collection of individual cells, organized bags of proteins, nucleic acids (DNA and RNA), carbohydrates and fats. In their natural state of wellness, or homeostasis, all cells act in perfect concert to share information and resources. Diseases manifest themselves in the Body Domain as adaptions to overall changes in conditions at the molecular and cellular levels. When we give the cells what they need in terms of information, nutrition and oxygen, they will return to their natural state. The Body Domain will return to coherence with the Mind Domain and the Spirit Domain.Spirit:The Spirit Domain has been the proposed/imagined residing place for the Human Soul. It is the highest level of energy/vibration possible and the realm where different individual consciousnesses exist and commune in complete coherence with all that is. It is the source of the highest intelligence in the Universe, inspires us to our highest good, provides energy/information that will eventually find its way to the Body Domain by passing through the Mind Domain. In humans, these three levels must work in concert for the entire organism to function at its optimum level. As the Spirit informs and acts on the Mind Domain, it guides and informs all of our thoughts and actions. Action taken in the other Domains that does not expressly take the Spirit into account cannot, by definition, be complete. The Spirit is always there, even if ignored.</isc:description>

<isc:description>6 Foods You’re Not Eating But Should! From post workout to daily routine, here’s how to get more nutrition into your diet...1. Hemp Seeds - Despite the Cannabis classification, these seeds aren't for smoking, but they do provide nutrition benefits. Rich in omega 3 fatty acids (the fat burning fat) and packed with 11 grams of complete protein in only an ounce, these little seeds will stand up to meat any day! How to eat them: With their nutty, versatile flavor, you can toss 2 tablespoons of help seeds into a salad, stir-fry, oatmeal, post workout shake, or atop any sandwich. 2. Lentils - Move over Ramen! With 16 grams of fiber per cup, these belly-filling, protein offering legumes make an excellent substitute for filling, inexpensive carbohydrates such as rices and pastas. Go crazy and give the colored lentils a try, red, yellow, and brown, all offering bonus nutrition: disease fighting antioxidants. How to eat them: Pour 4 cups of chicken stock into a large pot. Add 1 cup of red or brown lentils and a half cup of chopped onions and 1 Tablespoon minced garlic. Bring everything to a boil and then reduce the heat to a simmer. Cook the lentils until they're tender, about 20 minutes. Remove the lentils from the heat, add a splash of olive oil and sea salt and serve.3. Bok Choy – Cruciferous vegetables such as bok choy, broccoli, kale, and other greens have the ability to help cleanse and detoxify the liver, allowing the body and liver to better perform the act of burning excess fat for fuel by the body. Did someone say summertime? How to prepare it: Separate, wash, and dry the leaves of one head of baby bok choy. Heat a tablespoon of olive oil on medium high. Sauté the leaves with a thinly sliced garlic clove for about 5 minutes or until tender. Add to brown rice, sautéed red peppers and ground beef with a touch of soy sauce for a whole meal. 4. Buckwheat – Not a cereal grain but a fruit seed! Buckwheat is also an inexpensive form of a heart healthy whole grain which has been found to help lower cholesterol, lower high blood pressure, and balance blood sugar for optimal usage of macronutrients in the diet. So when oatmeal isn’t cutting it anymore, give buckwheat a try!How to prepare it: Start your day with buckwheat oatmeal or pancakes. Typically premade mixes can be found in stores. Add a bit of protein powder and a handful of fresh berries for one powerful breakfast.5. Beets - Don’t underestimate the power of these rustic looking roots. Their beautiful color and sweet flavor are packed with antioxidant, disease fighting, anti-inflammatory, and detoxifying power! Don’t stop there, you can eat the greens too, sautéed in olive oil and garlic, you can have a complete meal. How to Eat Them: Wash and peel the beet. Then steam them, roast them, or grate them and eat them raw! Add the steamed or roasted to salads or sides of protein. Or, for a liver-loving tonic, mix the raw grated beet into 2 T of flaxseed oil and the juice of one lemon. 6. Cinnamon – Not in coffee or on rolls, real cinnamon. Research has found that 1 gram of cinnamon a day for 6 weeks significantly reduces blood sugar and aids in lowering triglycerides. Maybe they should start mixing cinnamon with beer…How to Eat It: Nothing fancy, nothing special. Just sprinkle it on your oatmeal (or buckwheat), coffee, roasted vegetables, or protein shakes. <isc:description>We all can agree that energy is neither created nor destroyed, it simply transforms. For a moment, move beyond energy as most commonly think of it and view energy, or the vibration of molecules, as also an emotion, thought pattern, or feeling. Know that this energy of emotion, thought, or feeling can affect our food, in the way we grow it, produce it, cook it, process it, and manufacture it. Have you ever eaten at a restaurant offering high dollar menu options like steak and lobster tail; or maybe at one of those large banquets, feeding for the masses, but are left completely unsatisfied or let down? On the contrary, have you run into a small, seemingly grungy place, and been surprisingly served some of the best, most satisfying food you’ve ever eaten? What’s the difference between the two?The intention, knowledge, care, and passion in which that food was prepared is the difference. Lobster tail and steak can be screwed up when 500+ plates are served assembly line style by folks who simply need the paycheck. You don’t need the finest fish or most expensive cut of meat for a feel good meal. In the best restaurants and of the finest chefs come food that is prepared with a passion… so much passion that you can taste it on your fork. It’s food made by kind-hearted folks with a pure intention to create, not just food, but a masterpiece, a literal work of art. You can cook with love and in some literal sense, eat love! You can cook with passion and in some literal sense, eat passion! You can cook with patience, and in some literal sense eat patience!Transformation of your food occurs not just in the literal sense of preparing, cooking, or baking, but also in the mindset in which you prepare it wherein the energy of your emotion, thought, or feeling becomes yet another ingredient… Makes you think for just a moment… If you can taste the ’energy’ that transmuated food via thought or emotion, what can you do for yourself via the food you eat? What can we do for each other via the food you eat? What can you do for the Earth via the food you eat?Learn how to cook with intent and transform your food for powerful healing. www.IntentfulChef.com</isc:description>

<isc:description>With AXIS Revival we have taken the following approach: * Stimulate the hypothalamus/pituitary axis is such a way as to support its efforts to increase the amount of growth hormone it produces * Stimulate the adrenal to aid in the increase of production of DHEA * Give the body an adaptogen molecule to help with the “smoothing out” of all this new energy/information that is produce * Add to this mix Living Energy or Life Force by using our SU2 TechnologyStress is one of the major killers in the modern world. It has been linked to most well documented chronic conditions, including cancer. It stands to reason that this is the case. Stress may be hard to define, but you know it when you feel it. It can be associated with high blood pressure, aggressive behavior and depression. Some people like to think of stress as a state of constant activation of the “fight or flight” nervous/energy response system. Perhaps this statement is true. At Novus Life Solutions we like to think of stress as a local or systemic energy/information imbalance. These kinds of gradients can be due to lack of coherent communication by many tissues or tissue systems in the body. For most modern humans, this unoptimized state is precipitated by the almost complete interruption of the Mind/Brain Field from the Heart Field. The isolation of the head from the heart allows knowledge to be acquired but said information is not integrated with the heart so that there is little to no wisdom. In addition, the isolated head with its Mind/Brain is then easy to program. That is, the Mind/Brain can be bombarded by information of all kinds establishing neuronal linkages and patterns that force it to respond in certain ways. The resulting build up of energy/information leads to de-coherence among cells. With de-coherence comes un-optimized processes and disease states. When such conditions become constant, failures can be observed in many tissue types. It is hard to say where these signs evidence themselves first, but it seems that the Endocrine system is one key point of significant breakdown.</isc:description>
